Store hours can vary significantly seasonally and with flight schedules. We do not regularly update the information about each business after it is initially added to the site. All of our staff members are full-time airline crewmembers and gathering information, especially at large hub airports, can be very time consuming. Please do not send information on unlisted airports to us. We attempt to gather all known discounts before adding a new airport.

Individual business locations may be franchises or under different management. It is common for food courts or entire concourses to be run by third party staffing companies that set their own policies. Also, businesses tend to base their discounts on what other nearby businesses offer.

Publication items are newspapers, magazines, books, etc. They typically have fixed prices with little or no profit margin and it is common for them to be excluded from any discount.

It is a common practice for alcohol to be excluded from employee discounts at restaurants and bars, both on and off the airport. Discounts are generally intended for employees who are at work or on break and will not be drinking anyway.
